No Refunds / Exceptional Exchanges Only
We do not offer refunds on wigs, extensions, or hair products. However, exchanges will be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • The hair or wig arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item you received differs from what was ordered.

Investigation and Resolution
Our team will thoroughly investigate your case. If the issue is found to be valid, we will provide you with a return label to exchange the unit for a replacement.
